2002 Mazda 626 in CANNING VALE, Western Australia for sale

Selling my Mazda 626 2002 model due to an upgrade. Ive had this car since 2008 when it had approximately 214000 kms on it and have not had any troubles with this car yet. As old as it is with the amount of kilometers it's done it has been a very reliable car. This car has never left the city or taken on any country rides during my time.
I want to make this a quick honest sale so here are some of the minor issues i currently have with the car
- the interior is not in tip top shape. (ive had a mate accidentally spill a large coke all over the roof of the interior as shown in the pictures.)
- Ive lost the floor mats for the front passenger side and the back seats.
- The handbrake needs tightening. (had the car serviced at auto masters a year ago and the mechanics did not put it back as it shouldve been, I have not been bothered bringing it back to fix.)
- Fan belt might make some noise when the car drives its first 10m but will go away after.
( I had a new fan belt put in last year and it just needs re adjustment)
-Cd player is jammed ( Car sound system holds 5 cds but a CD got jammed in there, should work if the cd is taken out.)
- Front brakes are about to be worn out so new pads might be needed in the coming months.
-The engine bay might look a like theres been leaks. (My brother had topped up the engine oil and had forgotten to put the cap back on so the oil had spilt over the engine during one car ride.) cleaned most of it off with degreaser but a little more degreaser wouldnt hurt)
This car has never missed a beat and starts up fine every time. It has air conditioning and central locking. Feel free to come round to have a test drive. Percfect bunky car if you need something small to drive from home to work. PRICE IS HIGHLY NEGOTIABLE
