As a result of internal changes to our Plumbing business, we are looking for someone who can quickly learn our business and be an integral part of our team at Hilton Plumbing.
The responsibilities in the role include but are not limited to assisting our team & working together. The Requirements are:
Purchasing & Stock Control
Stock Control & product management
Organisation and pick, pack & dispatch of plant & materials.
Strong customer service focus towards our staff
Data entry
General Administration duties
Document control & Plan preparation
Basic quotations
Submit & follow up quotes
General office duties
Telesales
Input and monitor spreadsheets as required
To be successful in this role you will need to possess:
Experience in stores, office admin or similar.
Knowledge of plumbing products
A pleasant, enthusiastic personality
A willingness to participate in a team environment
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, word and Excel)
Be able to work independently
Ability to problem solve and use initiative
Have excellent organisation and planning skills
A fantastic opportunity exists for an exceptional individual to become part of our team. Hours of work are 8.30 am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
Please be advised that this position is a combined position not 2.
One the job training will be provided under supervision. This is a Salary Position being offered & a Probationary period is applied.
